The ATCH committee continues preparations for its sports competition

Sharjah24: Al Thiqah Club for the Disabled (ATCH) Participation Oversight Committee in the Streamlining Competition, held its periodic meeting to discuss the Club’s preparations and best practices to participate in the competition held under the slogan “I am an athlete and a guide” under the auspices of the Sharjah Sports Council.
During the meetings, the committee discussed the implementation of the Club’s strategic plan, with the aim of achieving environmental sustainability and consolidating the values ​​of the importance of energy as a vital element, of to promote the rationalization of consumption and to reduce the financial burdens of the government, as well as to sensitize the public to members with disabilities on the benefits of applying best practices to rationalize water and electricity resources, urging the sports community to adopt environmental conservation and energy efficiency strategies.

For his part, Ahmed Salem Hamad Al Mazloum, Executive Director of the Al Thiqah Club, confirmed the Club’s desire to set up a working team to oversee the different axes of the rationalization competition, which is held under the aegis of the Council of Sharjah to achieve the program’s objective of raising awareness of the importance of rationalization.
